Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the execution and continuous improvement of mission-critical software products, the full-time remote Product Manager will drive Agile processes, manage project timelines, and lead customer implementations while ensuring compliance and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Agile/Scrum execution by maintaining a prioritized backlog and leading sprint ceremonies
- Plan and track project timelines, managing cross-functional dependencies and surfacing risks early
- Lead customer implementations and feedback loops to iterate features based on real-world user input
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in product management or closely related product leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience owning complex, customer-facing software products from discovery through delivery
- Deep hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
- Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., CJIS, SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA)
- Proven ability to define, monitor, and act on KPIs to drive roadmap and delivery decisions
