Job Summary
As a full-time remote Product Manager, the successful candidate will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, exploring product ideas, translating stakeholder needs into requirements, and managing enablement materials while collaborating with Engineering and Customer Success.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Drive business development initiatives in alignment with Customer Success and Sales teams
- Develop and manage comprehensive enablement materials for marketing and community engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or software product management
- 3 to 7 years of experience in software product management or related fields
- Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in software architecture and AI tools
- Exceptional strategic communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Experience with enterprise architecture and networking within global teams
