Product Manager
Job Summary
To support future hiring needs, the contract Product Manager will take end-to-end ownership of shaping features from concept through delivery while working remotely, preferably within UK/European business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document feature requirements, translating business needs into structured documents for design and technical teams
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a balance between user impact, technical feasibility, and business value
- Serve as the primary liaison between design, engineering, QA, and business teams, communicating progress and managing expectations effectively
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a fast-paced or early-stage environment
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as YouTrack, Notion, or Jira
- Ability to write clear epics, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Basic UX/UI understanding with familiarity in collaborating using tools like Figma
- Experience using analytics and user research tools to guide product decisions
