Product Manager

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic Product & Engineering team, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage a prioritized backlog, collaborate closely with engineering on solution design, and track metrics to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain a clean, prioritized backlog with clear user stories and requirements
• Partner with engineering to push for iterative releases and proactively address risks and blockers
• Communicate project status and priorities clearly to stakeholders and prepare for productive planning sessions

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in product management or related fields such as engineering or operations
• Proactive and collaborative mindset, prioritizing team outcomes over individual credit
• Strong communication skills, able to share status updates and priorities effectively
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and iterating on early-stage work
• Ability to build trusting relationships with engineering teams and stakeholders
