Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of analysts, the full-time remote Product Manager (Admin) will identify customer and market needs, develop a strategic 12-month roadmap, and collaborate with Engineering to deliver innovative AI-enabled solutions while managing product development deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Owns the 12-month product roadmap and prioritizes feature-level backlog to align team efforts with high-value business outcomes
- Applies AI and data-driven techniques throughout the product lifecycle to enhance product quality and accelerate decision-making
- Documents requirements and collaborates with Engineering to ensure clarity and alignment on product development efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including ownership of a product roadmap and Agile processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic planning and decision-making
- Experience with all phases of the product development lifecycle and working in Agile methodologies
- Prior experience in Risk Management and/or P&C Insurance is strongly preferred
