Job Summary
To enhance community health and safety, the remote Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle for EMS and fire department solutions, engaging with stakeholders and utilizing AI tools to optimize backlog management and product delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned Fire and EMS domains
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and portfolio priorities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements, managing competing priorities effectively
Required qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in product management or product ownership across multiple teams or domains
- Proficient in using AI tools for drafting requirements and enhancing product solutions
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum practices, including backlog refinement and sprint ceremonies
- Strong track record in defining and launching features that meet customer and business needs
- Experience mentoring junior talent and driving product excellence
