Job Summary
To support critical product lines for EMS agencies and fire departments, the remote Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle, manage backlogs, and engage with stakeholders to enhance community health and safety outcomes through data-driven solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned Fire and EMS domains
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and portfolio priorities

Required qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in product management or a similar backlog-ownership role
- Proficient in using AI tools for optimizing product management tasks and drafting requirements
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum practices, including backlog refinement and sprint ceremonies
- Strong track record of defining and launching features that meet customer and business needs
- Experience mentoring junior talent and driving product excellence
