Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the roadmap and strategy for a core product surface, the full-time remote Product Manager will drive decisions based on data and customer insights, lead an engineering squad, and influence cross-functional teams to prioritize the product roadmap.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product surface and its year-long roadmap, ensuring progress while focusing on critical areas
- Frame problems into testable bets with clear outcomes, setting the product vision and strategy
- Communicate effectively from detailed metrics to strategic objectives, mentoring other PMs and enhancing team capabilities
Required qualifications
- Proven ownership of product areas with the ability to set strategy and make defensible decisions
- Strong understanding of unit economics and its impact on the P&L
- Experience with AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity and output
- Background in consumer or D2C product management, preferably in fintech or payments
- Ability to operate autonomously and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
