Job Summary
Leading the growth and execution of the Digital Government Hub, the full-time remote Product Manager will oversee content strategy, library operations, and platform enhancements while providing project management support for network initiatives and managing the Civic Stack newsletter.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the content strategy and operations of the Digital Government Hub to enhance its value as a resource for government practitioners
- Coordinate special events and member engagement activities to advance the objectives of the Digital Government Network
- Develop and execute communication strategies for the Civic Stack newsletter to increase audience engagement and support ecosystem growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of professional experience, including 2 years in digital product management or related fields
- Experience managing website feature enhancements and collaborating with technical developers
- Proven track record in owning digital communication channels and newsletter production
- Strong project management skills with the ability to organize multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment using collaboration tools like Slack and Asana
