Product Manager
Job Summary
To enhance the delivery of legal services, the full-time Founding Product Manager will collaborate with attorneys and clients to identify software improvements, manage feature development from discovery to launch, and ensure alignment among stakeholders in a remote or onsite capacity in San Francisco or New York City.
Key responsibilities
- Work directly with attorneys and clients to identify breakdowns in legal services and prioritize software improvements
- Own features from problem definition to launch, including writing requirements and coordinating with engineering teams
- Measure the impact of changes on legal service efficiency and user satisfaction, using insights to guide future improvements
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of product management experience in software development with a proven track record of delivering successful products
- Strong product judgment and prioritization skills, able to distinguish between recurring issues and one-off requests
- Experience in user research and empathy for complex workflows, with the ability to translate findings into actionable decisions
- Technical fluency to discuss APIs, integrations, and data flows with engineering teams
- Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities in an early-stage environment
