Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Product Manager will own a product area, define roadmaps, champion user needs, and deliver transformative classroom experiences through innovative features and backend services.

Key responsibilities:

• Own a specific product area and define a 6-12 month roadmap balancing feature development and user requests
• Champion customer needs throughout product development, using insights to enhance user satisfaction
• Lead end-to-end product delivery, managing requirements, backlog, and ensuring feature quality and timely delivery

Required qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or similar B2B2C environments
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
• Proven track record of shipping features from concept to launch with iterative improvements based on feedback
• Strong analytical skills and experience in an Agile environment
• Empathy-first mindset with a deep respect for the challenges faced by educators
