Product Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a forward-thinking Product Manager for a full-time remote position, responsible for driving automation initiatives in renewable substation and battery energy storage systems design, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategic roadmaps and actionable product requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and frame technical challenges by engaging with stakeholders and internal users to define product vision and roadmap
- Translate product strategy into clear requirements and actionable plans, while managing the product backlog and supporting daily execution
- Monitor product performance and drive adoption through effective stakeholder collaboration and communication of product value
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Design, Business Management, or a related field; relevant experience will be considered
- 5+ years of experience in design-related fields, with a preference for hands-on automation or digital design experience
- Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Knowledge of design authoring and supporting software platforms, as well as web applications
- Understanding of data structures, including AI architecture, SQL, and APIs, is preferred
