Job Summary
Focusing on empowering sales teams, the full-time remote Product Manager, Agent Experiences will manage the strategy, roadmap, and execution of internal-facing products that enhance Salesforce experiences and drive seller productivity within Corporate Payments and Over-the-Road sales organizations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of sales enablement initiatives to support Corporate Payments and OTR sales organizations
- Develop enhancements within Salesforce to improve seller productivity and operational effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI solutions to streamline workflows and enhance sales efficiency
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of Product Management experience with a focus on Salesforce-based solutions
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations teams
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Confluence, and Snowflake
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
