Product Manager, Agentic Operations

Job Summary

Partnering with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Product Manager, Agentic Operations will manage the design and implementation of AI-driven workflows, focusing on process redesign and transformation to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with partner teams to understand current processes and define desired outcomes
• Design and prototype future-state workflows that integrate AI agents to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Pilot solutions with initial users, gather feedback, and iterate on the design to ensure successful adoption

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end process redesign and transformation engagements
• Hands-on fluency with current AI tools, including LLMs and coding assistants
• Strong skills in process design and stakeholder management, with the ability to navigate security and compliance reviews
• Experience operating in environments with undefined problems, contributing to their definition and resolution
