Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, or a related technology field is required
• 6-10 years of experience in Product Management or Business-Technology roles within insurance or claims
• Strong understanding of claims operations and adjuster workflows
• Experience in Agile delivery environments
• Ability to translate operational pain points into structured technical requirements
