Job Summary

Evaluating AI-generated career advice, the freelance Product Manager - AI Career Advisor Evaluator will work remotely to review career-related questions, write expert-level guidance, and develop evaluation rubrics for AI recommendations, committing 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions from professionals at various stages of their PM journey
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that provide expert-level product management career guidance
• Build objective rubrics to evaluate the accuracy of AI-generated career recommendations

Required qualifications

• Experienced Product Manager with hands-on experience in the field
• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization frameworks
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior PMs or Associate Product Managers
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable advice
• No AI background or prior evaluation experience required
