Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the employee-facing coaching platform, prioritizing features for engagement
• Write PRDs, prototype features, and manage sprint planning while collaborating with engineering and design teams
• Design personalized coaching experiences and monitor user behavior to improve engagement and retention

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience at startups or high-growth companies
• Proficient in using AI tools and LLMs, with experience redesigning workflows
• Strong understanding of the skills needed for effective enterprise AI usage
• Ability to partner with engineering teams to define user problems and solutions
• Self-directed with a strong ownership mentality and comfort in both strategic and tactical execution
