Product Manager, AI Enablement
Job Summary
Owning the product experience for internal AI capabilities, the full-time remote Product Manager, AI Enablement will map processes, build and manage AI tools, and drive adoption across various departments within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Map current-state workflows and identify areas where AI can reduce friction
- Build and manage a portfolio of internal AI tools and workflows that address measurable problems
- Define success metrics and track adoption to demonstrate the ROI of AI investments
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in product management, product operations, or AI enablement at a technology company
- Hands-on experience with frontier AI CLIs and coding tools
- Proven ability to build agentic systems that solve discrete, measurable problems
- Strong skills in process mapping and documenting workflows end to end
- Conceptual command of test-driven and eval-driven development for AI systems
