Job Summary

To influence AI-driven career guidance, the freelance Product Manager - AI Career Guidance Evaluator will work remotely to review career-related questions, write expert-level responses, and build evaluation rubrics for AI-generated advice, dedicating 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions and provide high-quality "golden answers" for product management guidance
• Develop structured rubrics for evaluating the accuracy and quality of AI-generated career advice
• Utilize industry knowledge to identify and correct inaccuracies in AI responses

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong professional track record
• Expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management
• Experience in mentoring or developing junior product professionals
• Excellent written communication skills for conveying complex PM concepts clearly
• No prior AI evaluation or annotation experience required
