Product Manager - AI Neobank

Job Summary

Owning product areas within the AI Neobank app, the full-time remote Product Manager will define user problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and launch features while continuously improving product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
• Monitor product performance, iterate on features, and make trade-offs between various factors such as speed and user experience

Required qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role within fintech or high-growth products
• Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows
• Proficiency in using metrics, user feedback, and experiments to inform product decisions
• High ownership and capability to drive work with limited guidance
• Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
