Product Manager, AI Operations

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on, technical Product Manager, AI Operations, to work full-time in a remote capacity, responsible for building and prototyping AI-powered GTM agents on the Databricks platform, managing agent behavior and quality, and serving as the voice of the field to drive product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Build agents on Databricks by designing, prototyping, and implementing GTM agents directly on the platform
• Define agent behavior and quality through decision logic, governance guardrails, and performance evaluation
• Manage the end-to-end roadmap for agent development, prioritizing needs based on user feedback and market demands

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, GTM strategy, or a related field, with at least 3 years managing a product end-to-end
• Hands-on experience building on Databricks or similar technology stacks, including SQL and notebooks
• Strong understanding of the seller experience and ability to translate user feedback into actionable improvements
• Proven ability to balance speed and quality in product rollout processes
• Excellent pattern recognition and judgment regarding user feedback and product development priorities
