Product Manager - AI Personalization

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - AI Personalization to own and evolve their personalization engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy machine learning and generative AI use cases for personalized experiences
• Own the vision and roadmap for the personalization engine, translating business needs into scalable solutions
• Partner with growth teams to launch high-ROI personalization initiatives and define KPI tracking

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, preferably in personalization or MarTech
• Experience with AI models, ML systems, and recommendation engines
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms and behavioral data modeling
• Experience in defining experimentation frameworks and measuring business impact
• Background in fast-paced eCommerce or SaaS environments
