Product Manager - AI Solutions

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of AI-powered products, the full-time remote Product Manager - AI Solutions will manage the development of intelligent channel solutions, including AI Chatbots and internal tools, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee large-scale transformation initiatives, integrating people, processes, and technology
• Gather business insights to build product strategies, including defining product vision and functionality
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog in alignment with the overall product vision and strategy

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Understanding of AI concepts and cloud platforms
• Experience delivering large, high-profile initiatives and managing product roadmaps end to end
• Proven ability to build and manage cross-functional teams
