Product Manager - AI Solutions

Job Summary

Driving the vision and execution of customer-facing SaaS products, the full-time remote Product Manager - AI Solutions will manage product strategy, collaborate with clients to co-develop features, and translate technical capabilities into business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision and strategic roadmap for AI/ML models and data products, engaging directly with customers to validate needs and co-develop features
• Define clear requirements and specifications based on customer feedback and market analysis, ensuring successful product delivery
• Conduct product-related data analysis and collaborate with data scientists to define requirements for AI/ML-driven features

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with data products or SaaS solutions
• Strong ability to connect technical features to customer value and business outcomes
• Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements and manage feedback
• Solid SQL proficiency for data exploration and analysis
• Experience with modern BI tools and a functional understanding of data transformation techniques
