Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Aircraft Leasing & Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Leaseworks product, data model, and workflows
• Lead customer discovery and requirements discussions, translating needs into structured specifications
• Write detailed product requirements and ensure solutions respect Salesforce platform constraints

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or solution architecture for enterprise software
• Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including data modeling and automation
• Experience building or managing financial, billing, or contract-driven systems
• Comfort with financial concepts such as invoicing and multi-currency
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a product area
