Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a marketplace for on-demand legal advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Legal Pro fulfillment systems and implement scalable solutions
• Define product KPIs, prioritize features, and measure outcomes using data
• Collaborate with engineering to build API-enabled systems that support internationalization

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in SLA-driven fulfillment systems
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical products
• Experience with agile methodologies and translating complex requirements into actionable deliverables
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to define and track meaningful KPIs
• Experience working across geographies and cultures, ideally in the U.S., U.K., or Brazil
