Product Manager, Authentication Solutions

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing client security and access, the full-time remote Product Manager, Authentication Solutions will own the product strategy for login, authentication, and client protection, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences and reduce friction.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for login, authentication, and client protection funnels
• Identify and prioritize improvements in customer journeys to simplify account access while maintaining security
• Translate complex problems into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, guiding cross-functional execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing digital products
• Experience improving multistep customer journeys using funnel analytics and customer insights
• Demonstrated practical experience using AI to enhance product workflows
• Strong personal ownership and initiative in driving product work independently
