Job Summary

Driving the evolution of flagship solutions in the Food Equipment Services industry, the full-time remote Product Manager, B2B SaaS will manage product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with engineering to deliver impactful AI-powered enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into product objectives and outcome-driven roadmaps while leading customer discovery and defining success metrics
• Own roadmap outcomes, resolve cross-functional trade-offs, and partner with engineering to ensure accurate requirements and delivery
• Identify opportunities for AI integration in workflows and collaborate with marketing and sales to communicate product value

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field, along with equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role within software environments
• Strong background in B2B SaaS products with proven end-to-end product ownership experience
• Ability to write clear requirements and define acceptance criteria while ensuring delivery consistency
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity and a deep understanding of agile development practices
