Product Manager, Banking

Job Summary

Owning the roadmap and execution for the Cash Advance product, the full-time remote Product Manager, Banking will design and implement features that enhance customer cash flow management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch the next phase of the Cash Advance product as the company scales
• Drive the product roadmap by identifying customer pain points and defining feature requirements
• Collaborate with analytics, legal, engineering, design, risk, and servicing teams to maintain product momentum

Required qualifications

• 3 - 8 years of experience managing an overdraft, Cash Advance, or Consumer Lending product
• Strong analytical skills with experience in unit economics and data analysis
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with a proven track record in cross-functional collaboration
• Proactive mindset with a focus on building and executing product strategies
