Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience, with a focus on retention
- Experience with subscription or recurring payment products
- Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from customer data
- Experience with complex technical systems, ideally in billing and payments
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
