Product Manager, Borrower Portal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Product Manager for the Borrower Portal.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Borrower Portal, aligning with company goals and customer needs
• Lead business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution definition in collaboration with technology and business teams
• Define KPIs and success metrics; monitor adoption and engagement to guide continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or equivalent in a technology or digital team
• Experience working in the mortgage, lending, or financial services industry
• Strong background in building and managing digital portals for consumers or partners
• Proven ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Aha!, or Azure DevOps
