Job Summary

To ensure compliance with evolving payroll regulations, the remote Product Manager Business Analyst II will analyze US payroll tax updates, create documentation for product development, and educate stakeholders on regulatory changes.

Key responsibilities

• Deep-dive into US payroll tax updates and regulations within assigned zones
• Track daily compliance mandates and identify necessary adjustments for tax-related forms and calculations
• Collaborate with product teams to summarize changes and communicate complex compliance requirements effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll compliance or a similar role
• Strong analytical and research skills
