Product Manager - Business Applications
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Manager - Business Applications, App Development & Digital Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for Business Applications and Digital Experience portfolios
- Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile and SAFe practices
- Partner closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital Product Delivery
- Experience in healthcare IT, including clinical, business, or operational systems
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
- Proven ability to implement and coach teams in Agile and SAFe Agile frameworks
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams with no direct authority
