Product Manager - Business Suite

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution for the Business Suite in Australia and New Zealand, the full-time remote Director of Product Management - Business Suite will manage product development for financial solutions tailored to independent K-12 schools, ensuring compliance and optimizing user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, planning, and execution for the Business Suite in the ANZ region
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market research and customer feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant and user-centric financial features

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; OR equivalent experience
• 7+ years of product management experience with financial, accounting, or ERP products
• Hands-on experience with general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and budgeting platforms
• Strong understanding of Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and relevant tax regulations
• Experience with ERP or financial systems such as Xero, MYOB, or NetSuite
