Product Manager - Captive Partnerships

Job Summary

To shape the product experience for Octane's captive recreational lending channel, the full-time remote Product Manager - Captive Partnerships will define team OKRs, manage deep integrations with dealer systems, and optimize consumer application flows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead team OKRs that align with corporate objectives, creating actionable roadmaps
• Measure and report on key KPIs, focusing on dealer conversion rates and application volume
• Manage integrations with dealer systems to ensure a seamless loan origination flow

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products
• Experience in managing external partner relationships and building reliable integrations
• Ability to envision interactions between complex systems serving multiple user groups
• Demonstrated experience in AI-augmented product development is a plus
• Experience in FinTech, lending, or dealership operations is highly preferred
