Product Manager, Care Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - Care Ops to lead the development of tools and systems for care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for care operations tooling, including care management platforms and referral workflows
• Define requirements for provider- and care team-facing products to support care transitions
• Collaborate with Clinical leadership and Engineering to improve care team efficiency and reduce administrative burden

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3-5 years of product management experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare or health tech
• Familiarity with care management workflows and clinical operations in a healthcare setting
• Experience writing product requirements and user stories for healthcare products
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with healthcare data standards
• Interest in the payvidor business model and its impact on healthcare
