Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for the caregiver-facing mobile and digital experience
• Design intuitive and empathetic digital experiences for caregivers, focusing on engagement and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital experiences meet real-world caregiver needs

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent, with a focus on mobile apps or user-facing digital products
• Experience in driving engagement and retention in user journeys
• Familiarity with AI-driven personalization or behavioral engagement systems is a strong plus
• Healthcare or caregiving experience is a plus
