Product Manager, Cash

Job Summary

Driving the development of cash products, the full-time remote Product Manager, Cash will manage product surfaces used by millions, focusing on data analysis, experiment design, and user experience to enhance high-volume liquidity products.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from problem framing to experiment design and launch
• Define hypotheses and manage a steady cadence of experiments, interpreting results effectively
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Legal, and Design, on product changes and regulatory reviews

Required qualifications

• Strong analytical foundation with experience in data analysis, dashboards, and SQL
• Proven ability to self-direct and drive loosely defined problems to resolution
• Experience in product management with a builder's background, preferably from an engineering role
• Clear and concise communication skills, capable of articulating reasoning to stakeholders
• Comfort operating in a regulated environment with experience in consumer products as a plus
