Product Manager, Cash

Job Summary

Driving product initiatives for cash products, the full-time remote Product Manager, Cash will manage meaningful surfaces of high-volume liquidity products, leveraging data analysis and experimentation to enhance user experience and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own product surfaces from problem framing through experiment design, launch, and readout
• Define hypotheses, instrument experiments, and interpret results to optimize product performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Legal, and Design, on product changes and regulatory reviews

Required qualifications

• Strong analytical foundation with experience in data analysis, SQL, and A/B testing
• Proven ability to self-direct and drive ambiguous problems to resolution
• Background in product management, preferably with experience in consumer products
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly to stakeholders
• Comfort operating in regulated environments and collaborating with legal and compliance teams
