Product Manager (Certification Required)

Job Summary

Owning the service lifecycle for MSP and MSSP offerings, the full-time remote Product Manager (Certification Required) will define service standards, align cross-functional teams, and drive innovation to enhance service delivery and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of MSP and MSSP services, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, delivery, and support
• Develop and maintain service documentation and pricing structures, focusing on scalability and profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roles, skills, and training needs while driving AI-enabled service strategies

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in technical services (MSP, MSSP, or similar)
• Proven success in productizing complex service offerings
• Strong experience with IT infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity services
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• One or more relevant certifications (e.g., AIPMM Certified Product Manager, Professional Scrum Product Owner)
