Product Manager - CIAM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - Platform BAU & Migrations, Enterprise Customer Identity Access Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own BAU product support for the Ping CIAM platform, ensuring stability and compliance for customer-facing integrations
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to resolve CIAM-related issues impacting customer access
• Support and coordinate migrations of SSO and authentication integrations involving Ping Identity and Okta platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related technology role, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with identity, authentication, SSO, APIs, or security-related platforms preferred
• Familiarity with CIAM, IAM, or authentication technologies (e.g., Ping, Okta, OAuth, OIDC, SAML) is strongly desired
• Experience supporting platform operations, migrations, or large-scale technology transitions is a plus
