Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Client Experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and prioritize the configuration platform backlog, ensuring clear definitions and measurements for what gets built
  • Translate operational input into actionable product work to enhance member experience and streamline implementation
  • Deliver new features across various platform domains while managing quality, reliability, and user feedback
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree at a minimum
  • 3-5+ years of product management experience, including 1-2 years with internal tools or operations-facing products
  • Experience with AI tools for prototyping and generating code
  • Proficient in SQL and product analytics tools, with the ability to define success metrics
  • Experience running the full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration
