Job Summary

- Translate operational challenges into prioritized product requirements and measurable outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on internal tooling or customer service technology
- Strong understanding of the impact of internal tools on operational efficiency and client outcomes
- Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting complex operational data
- Sufficient technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
