Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the long-term product strategy for the Client Support tooling ecosystem
  • Lead the product strategy for customer-facing contact surfaces to enhance automation and efficiency
  • Translate operational challenges into prioritized product requirements and measurable outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on internal tooling or customer service technology
  • Strong understanding of the impact of internal tools on operational efficiency and client outcomes
  • Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting complex operational data
  • Sufficient technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
