Product Manager, Clinical Authorization

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Clinical & Authorization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end clinical rules framework and ensure accurate implementation of client-defined clinical criteria
• Lead the evolution of authorization workflows and improve turnaround times and automation rates
• Prioritize the clinical platform backlog and collaborate with various teams for feature specifications and client implementations

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a PBM, health plan, or healthcare technology environment
• 4+ years working within agile product teams or healthcare operations
• Experience with clinical rules engines, decision support systems, or authorization platforms
• Familiarity with ePA standards and healthcare interoperability
• Experience managing roadmaps/backlogs in JIRA or similar tools
