Product Manager (CMS)

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Product Manager (CMS), the successful candidate will manage the modernization of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Health Insurance Oversight System (HIOS), collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and deliver data-intensive applications in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with CMS modernization priorities
• Lead cross-functional Agile teams through product planning, backlog refinement, and release activities
• Partner with engineering and data teams to define requirements for data-intensive applications and modernize legacy workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Manager leading Agile software development teams
• Experience delivering enterprise software products supporting complex business processes and large datasets
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation
