Job Summary
Focused on enhancing the competitive intelligence platform, the full-time remote Product Manager, Competitive Intelligence will manage product strategy and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the user experience for brands and agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Set and sustain a customer-centric product roadmap in partnership with Sales, CS, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Product Leadership
- Lead agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure timely and quality product delivery
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, validate needs, and align product strategy with customer expectations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, data, or media technology
- 5+ years of experience in the media and advertising industry, ideally with a brand or agency
- Proven success in launching products that drive measurable customer outcomes in data-rich environments
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and data analytics tools is a plus
