Product Manager, Compliance and Infrastructure

Job Summary

Owning the platform infrastructure and compliance portfolio, the full-time remote Product Manager, Compliance and Infrastructure will manage Enterprise Hierarchies, processor certifications, and PCI DSS compliance while collaborating with the platform architect and ensuring adherence to external deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the completion of Enterprise Hierarchies by defining data models and translating decisions into implementation-ready specifications
• Own processor certification work, ensuring accountability for non-negotiable external deadlines
• Manage PCI DSS compliance requirements and translate them into actionable engineering tasks

Required qualifications

• 7+ years as a Product Manager with platform/infrastructure product ownership in payments or fintech
• Direct experience with processor certifications or payment network integrations
• Experience delivering specification-driven, compliance-governed products with hard external deadlines
• Experience with data architecture or multi-tenant platform design
• 3+ years working with Agile/Scrum teams
