Product Manager - Connected Devices

Job Summary

Driving the evolution of connected personal safety ecosystems, the full-time remote Product Manager - Connected Devices will manage the full lifecycle of safety devices, align device roadmaps with product strategy, and coordinate vendor integrations while ensuring device reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of safety devices, from onboarding to end-of-life
• Align device roadmaps to the overall PSD product strategy and coordinate firmware updates
• Serve as the primary product interface for device vendors, managing relationships and technical alignment

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in product management, hardware, IoT, or related technical roles
• Strong understanding of connected devices and IoT ecosystems
• Familiarity with System-on-Chip (SoC) architectures and chipsets
• Basic understanding of network technologies, including LTE, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi
• Experience working with external vendors or partners
