Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager (Research) Consultant to lead the design of global incentive competitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of competitions, from problem framing to final design documentation
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards
• Engage with external experts and stakeholders to inform design choices and facilitate workshops

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required; Master's degree preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in product management, design, or consulting
• Experience applying research and analytical skills in technical or innovative fields
• Mastery of product management skills, including budget management and project execution
• Familiarity with research platforms and experience conducting literature reviews
