Job Summary

Owning the global portfolio of industrial radiography film, the remote Product Manager - Consumables will lead the transition to digital solutions while maximizing profitability through pricing strategies, product mix management, and supplier partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the global lifecycle and transition strategy of the consumables portfolio from film to digital solutions
• Maximize profitability through pricing and commercial levers that drive demand towards higher-margin digital offerings
• Manage film production planning and supplier relationships to ensure operational continuity and cost competitiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Strong experience in Product Management and Supply Chain Management, particularly in Oil and Gas or Manufacturing
• Proven track record in managing mature product lines and technology transitions
• Demonstrated commercial acumen in pricing, margins, and demand shaping
• Experience in supplier management and channel-driven business models; permanent work permit in the US/Europe required
